RETURNS

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s):
o Please email us customerservice@popchic.com.ph
o Please return the merchandise within 3 days of submission of email. We would not deduct the return shipping cost from your refund amount in this case (Shipping fees are non-refundable).

Note:

Some Sale Items may come with slight damage/defect but still wearable and CAN NOT BE exchanged or refunded. This includes minimal run, stain, uneven stitch etc since some pieces are the last ones already and mark down is extremely on sale. Of course, POP CHIC won't be selling pieces that are on sale that is not worthy of buying. Once a sale item is purchased, it is considered final and automatically can not be exchanged or refunded. 

To ensure proper processing, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the email. Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and invoice receipt must be included as well.
