RETURNS

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s):
o Please email us at customerservice@popchic.com.ph

o Please return the merchandise within 2 working days of receipt of the package, we will be checking when the item is received.
o Please return the merchandise within 3 days of submission of the email. We would not deduct the return shipping cost from your refund amount in this case (Shipping fees are non-refundable).

Note:

Clearance Sale items are considered final and automatically can not be exchanged or refunded. 

To ensure proper processing, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the email. Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise.

Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and invoice r must be included as well.
