How do I check on the status of my order?
- Confirmation of your order is sent via email and via sms right away when your order has been received. Please make sure you have filled up the right contact number and email address.
- For Cash on Delivery, we will require you to reply with your Full Name via SMS when a confirmation message is sent.
- You may view the status of your order with our notifications.
- If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s)
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise as indicated in your invoice within 3 days from the receiving date to our address (will be given once we are informed). If you would like a replacement of the item(s), we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you may be able to choose any item you wish to replace, but just in case the value of the new item is lower than your original item, we will not be giving any refund. But in case the item you wish to replace is more expensive than your original item, you will have to pay for an additional cost. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
