Why should I become a registered user?
o You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
o You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

You can cancel your whole order if the processing is not started yet. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once the order processing is started.

How do I check on the status of my order?
- Confirmation of your order is sent via email and via sms within 30 minutes when your order has been received. Please make sure you have filled up with the right contact number and email address.
- For Cash on Delivery and Cash on Pick-Up Transactions, we will require you to reply with your Full Name via Email or Sms when a confirmation message is sent.
- You may view the status of your order with our notifications.
- If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
- Select popchic.com.ph as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
- To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
- Please allow 24 hours for your order status to change.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s)
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise as indicated in your invoice within 3 days from the receiving date to our address (will be given once we are informed). If you would like a replacement of the item(s), we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you may be able to choose any item you wish to replace, but just in case the value of the new item is lower than your original item, we will not be giving any refund. But in case the item you wish to replace is more expensive than your original item, you will have to pay for an additional cost. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
